I liked the X-Axis motor mount on my MK3s much more than the one on my MK2.5s. They aren't directly swap-able because the MK3s does not use the end switches for homing like the MK2.5s. I re-mixed the R3 Prusa model slightly to add the mounts on the MK3s style X-Axis motor mount such that it adds the spot for the homing switch.
This MK3s style has a much better tensioning mechanism than the MK2.5s and is beefier in general. One other nice feature is there is a lip in the base of the bearing holder so the bearings can't fall out anymore out the bottom.
I also recommend if you are doing this upgrade that you also print the stock MK3s X-end-idler file as this one can be directly dropped in and I feel is also better than the MK2.5s style. It gets rid of those adjustment screws for adjusting the skew (which honestly don't really do anything). Its easier on this one to see if you have your rods inserted all the way.
Use the Prusa recommended settings for their original parts:
0.2 mm layer height, infill 20% GRID and material PETG.
