The Revo nozzles I received do not have its size printed on the rubber sleeve.  Until I remember which colour is what size, I'll store them in that nice box. But… after a second thought, I will keep it for as long as this hotend last.

The box is designed to use a piece of filament as a hinge. The holes are just a little bit too tight. Use a drill bit of 5/64" to help fitting the filament.  Cut it about 2mm longer and use a soldering iron to melt the end (which I didn't have time to do on these photos).

I printed using PLA @ 0.2 layer height with 0.4 nozzle.

The box was created using an SCAD file from Maarten van Maanen but remade by me to accommodate this print.  Unfurtunatly I cannot find where I got this SCAD file originally but I wanted to make sure this Maarten van Maanen got credits for his original design.

UPDATE:

This is now version 2.

I increase the size for the nozzle because after using them, they often have a little bit of filament left. It now can handle this.

I also corrected some misalignment and include a second colour for the text on the box for people like me who doesn't have a MMU to print in coloure.  Here is how it works;

Load the “Revo Box Text” into your slicer but dont move it.  It normally loads right in the middle.   Print it in the contract colour you want.  After finished printing, and before your bed cool down, remove the lines surrounding the text (keep only the text). Now load the “Revo Box Top” and dont move it.  Start printing immediately.

If you dont want to bother with the 2 colour top, just print the top without bothering with the text.

Happy printing…
