This is a replacement stand for a picture frame. The one supplied was basically a cardboard part that failed at the hinge (no surprise there).
I roughed up the smaller part where it connected to the back of the frame to ensure good glue adhesion.
This is based on the existing stand that is designed to work in either Portrait or Landscape.

Update: Hole size increased on Gen2 files.
I had intended to use a section of filament on as the hinge pin. But I struggled to get the filament in to the holes. I was going to drill them out a little, but instead used a piece of 'tie wire' that I had lying around. This worked really well.
If you plan to use filament as the hinge pin, you will want to increase the hole size to accommodate some more clearance.
You could also create this with an integrated hinge but wanted to keep the hinge pin small and tighter.
The main part was basically a trace of the existing part.
It is worth noting that the hinge has an incorporated 'stop' built in. If you want a larger pivot movement, you can adjust this landing angle.
