I printed mine in an amazon special glow in the dark black/green sparkly PLA. I did some math and if you scale the parts to 86.48% on X and Y, and 91.53% on Z, it will work great for 18650s. Both needed no sanding for fitment but I had to clean them up cause my filament was a bit wet.
This fits and functions extremely well, thanks for the design! I recently bought a powerbank that has swappable 21700 batteries, and now I can safely take a spare in my bag, perfect!
Molicel P45B fits great with just a tiny amount of play in both axes. I love the thread action and the knurled body. Thanks for sharing!
Very nice! The threads are a bit hard at first but with time it seems to be easier.
