These both printed great out of ABS. Nice tight fit. This will be much easier to install and remove.

would this also fit to a aluminum flex pipe with 15cm Diameter? ("Aluflexrohr" in German) ?
Prints good and functions well. I grabbed it in an attempt to make it work for a different window unit and had to scale it up for a larger flexible duct.
Print was succesfull fitting is next week.
