I was having problems with our portable air conditioner's exhaust hose popping off of the window cover. So, I designed a quick-connect to solve this problem. This should fit most portable A/C units with a hose diameter of about 144mm.

-There is a bracket (clip, window side) that attaches to your window cover using M5 or equivalent screws
-A connector that attaches to the A/C hose (clip, hose side) also using M5 or equivalent screws.
-a cover that can be used to block the hole in your window cover when the A/C is not in use. Since all of the parts are designed to print easily with no support, there isn't a great seal between the cover and the window bracket.

All parts are designed to be printed without support, and should work with just about any rigid material. You'll have to re-orient the parts to lay flat on your build platform. Use 25%+ fill density for sufficient strength.

Solidworks files are included for your remixing fun.
