Designed to fit 1U rack space device on the front and create a loop for strain relief. Simply bend the part and the wires will slip in the hole without falling out. Left and right side provided but they are a mirror of each other. They might fit better on the wrong side of your device depending on what the front looks like. It won't matter as long as the arrows are pointing up when installed.
The holes are 6mm, so 6mm rack screws will be tight but fit. 5mm and US #10-32 and #12-24 work as well. Use the screws with a flat back and not the ones with the triangle to avoid over stressing the hole on the part.
You should use a strong material like PETG/ABS/Nylon. Gcode provided for PETG. You need good layer adhesion or weight of the cables will stress where the rack screws are and break the part. Print them laying down like in the picture because the long arm is the most stressed piece and needs to be the strongest.
