DIMENSIONS: 140mm (5 1/2in) L / 20mm (13/16in) W / 14mm (9/16in)
I hate it when people don't list dimensions, pet peeve.
The size I listed isn't what I printed. My undercabinet lights came with 35mm double sided adhesive so I stretched the mount to 36mm so I had maximum sticky holding them.
Supports are only needed under one end where it slides into the framerail.
I wanted the top surface nice and smooth. Other wise, these will print on their sides.
Apologize for the light cord being In the way. I just wanted to power it on to get some pics.
They are flush with the top, and they slide for adjustability in the rail.
After hours of browsing, and downloading. I couldn't quite find one like what I wanted.
I wanted a front slide in mounted holder, but I really liked the design by xxMonkeyxx
So, a few hours in Tinkercad slicing and fitting, and I got exactly what I wanted.
I am moving the filament spool down to the rear right, so I can get my shelf setup, hence why I needed nothing mounted on the top.

I also printed this with 6mm nozzle @ 0.3mm layer height. Turned out amazing.
Tolerance is pretty tight, so if you get a little elephants foot on your initial layer, you'll need to scrape, grind or trim that back.
Small tree supports you can see on the print bed
2nd test print to determine if I liked how it fit.
What I started with
The original end, did not fit after a test print, so this is the only way I know how to change things
