Prusa Mini LCD Cover with USB

This remix deletes the power switch relocation for those who only want to bring the USB A port to the front.

If you go four remixes back to Joe's original it was also simply a USB port, however, this remix includes the incremental improvements of the remixes along the way including the better USB and backplate fit.

I also updated the aesthetics for an improved match to the Prusa design, and an all new USB stopper insert to be compatible with the extension cable below.
