Bambu Labs X1-C eSUN PETG Profile

01/12/23, Added Updated .3mf.

Bambu Studio settings tuned for eSUN PETG with first layer height and temperatures to suit Wham Bam PEX.

Also works just as well with textured plate.  

After loading the .3mf there is setting changes in all 3 sections which interact to produce the end result

If you just use the comparison charts to make your own adjustments please still download the model so I can see if it is worth keeping the page updated. 

0.2 settings tuned towards quality

0.28 settings for faster printing with some affect on appearance.

my profiles are tuned to suit 90% of the models I print with minimal changes. I nearly always make some adjustments on a model to model basis.

Bridge settings tuned for better performance.

Nearest and Aligned Seam can have a negative impact on bridging as it can make outer wall adhesion inconsistent. (see screen shots)

If “Detect Narrow Internal Solid Infill” is enabled it can also affect the success of narrow bridges. (see screen shots)

Turning off Z hop can also help reduce the appearance of a noticeable line when printing models with holes in the vertical faces.

I haven't made any changes to support settings as I find I adjust them on a model to model basis.
