(My display was cracked while testing an earlier version of this case with tighter tolerances - the current models don't have this issue. I have a replacement on the way but it'll be another month before it arrives.)

(Design files contain reference models for display + board)
A case for LilyGO's ePaper display and ESP32 board. Includes a cutout and guide for power via USB cable.
The display is secured with the “Frame” model which holds the T5 board. There's a notch in the guides at the top of the shell which the frame slots into and secures the display from the top. The bottom of the frame is then screwed into the shell to secure it from the bottom.
Requires:
The IO pins on the T5 board should be bent to the side so they don't poke at the backing for the case. (Could make the case thicker instead, but this is about as thick as it can be without looking weird/bulky.)
The back provides some strength to the case overall, but most of the rigidity is still “provided” by the display.
In other words, this is a nice case for it, but any stress (bending/twisting) will mostly be applied to the display. Be careful with handling after assembly.
Printed with a 0.6mm nozzle, 0.4mm layer height, 2 shells. Supports used for the Frame and Back models. Took about 5 hours total to print all models, ~120g PLA.
