Anel Insulated Hive Entrance Reducer and Frame Division

The Anel insulated hive stock entrance is large for a new hive install or split.  This reducer can be used Winter or Summer and flipped to close off entrance on a single side or transport.  The names Left and Right allow for the entrance to be located much closers to the “center”, setting up the brood nest to have honey on the outside walls.  This can be reversed and have then entrance as far to one end, allowing all brood to be on one side and all honey on the other.  

OAV treatment can melt or damage the Anel Hive.  Closing the entrance with the OAV Port can provide the perfect distance from the landing board and the bottom board for treatment.  Pressure fit a ¼ Steel Nut into the end to prevent damage taken on the plastic entrance. 

Color change from one side to another may allow for 4 frame nucs to be raised with separate queens and entrances with less drift. 

Frame Divider may be added to a single cut sheet measuring ‘’17 15/16 x 10 7/16 and slid into a frame position.  If performed between the 2 entrances with a canvas or propolis trap covering the top, the hive is now divided into nucs for overwintering or queen rearing with shared heat envelope.

Print laying flat with enough layers to not require infill within the main body. Supports are needed for the ends.
