Print with at least 2 mm walls, top/bottom layers and at least 40 % infill. This part needs to be strong. in addition you will need the following:

1. Two GT2 36 teeth pulleys with 5 mm bores.
2.  One closed-loop GT2-852 mm timing belt (6 mm width.)

If the belt is too tight/loose you can scale the x, y dimensions in your slicer (tight - smaller; loose - larger.) Use small increments ( < 1 % at a time.)

The belt needs to stretch a bit (~ 2 mm) when fitting the pulley.

You will lose 10-15 mm of your build height because of this modification.
