Print two 20x120 columns, then place them under the x-axis resting on the legs of the printer so you can release all of the fasteners on the x-axis and make it flat again.

Some printers do not have keyed bracket bolt points for the x-axis, and a loose bolt can make the x-axis crooked.

If your axis is crooked, you will need to print this on a working printer, preferably one with with good accuracy.

  1. Place columns under X-axis
  2. Manually lower Z-axis until it rests on the columns (one will be lower than the other)
  3. Loosen all eccentric nuts
  4. Loosen x-axis belt
  5. Loosen all bolts on the X-axis (bracket, non-adjustable wheels, tensioner)
  6. Gently press down on the X-axis until it is resting evenly on both columns (level)
  7. While holding X-axis down on columns, tighten bracket bolts. Then do the non-adjustable wheels, and then the tensioner.
  8. Confirm axis is flat, then finally adjust eccentric wheels for fit, they should be a bit snug, but "burn out" when spun with a finger.
