The Avalon Hill Edition of Acquire comes with cardstock tile trays for each player that are flimsy and a bit bulky. These replacements are sturdier and nest more easily for better storage.
Most of the overhangs are at 30° and print without issue, but the bottom of the tile rest is at 60° which is doable but tedious. So two variants of the model are provided, one with a thicker base that's easier to print and the other with a steeper overhang that looks slightly nicer in my opinion.
This was modeled in OpenSCAD and the .scad file is provided. It's parameterized so other sized tiles (e.g. Scrabble) should be easy to make work. The model fits on a MINI+ either rotated 45° or without a skirt. I was able to fit four in one print with “Complete individual objects” selected, but I observed some warping in the very corners of the print bed presumably because it wasn't staying at the desired temperature. Probably easier to print two or three at a time.
I opted for .15mm layers though .20mm would be fine too. I increased the number of perimeters so that it doesn't print a narrow strip of solid infill inside the back of the stand. Additionally I reduced the number of solid top/bottom layers so more interior layers could be printed with infill.
