1. Ring Mount - Handlebar diameter in file name i.e. 31_8mm.

Print Settings

IMPORTANT NOTE: Print orientation is critical to provide the required flexibility and strength. See .gcode print files for orientation and mouse ears for bed adhesion.  V3 models have some partial brim for small part printability that should be removed before assembly.

Assembly/Installation

See photos for reference.

1. remove existing rubber strap mount from light.  Keep original M3 6mm button head bolt.
2. place Quick-Release Bar into Light Mount
3. insert original M3 6mm button head bolt assembly in previous step, and into the bottom of the Cygolite Dash light
4. install nut in Ring Mount
5. install Ring Mount on handlebar 
6. insert socket head bolt into Ring Mount
7. slide light assembly onto Ring Mount
