Added exhaust_filter_housing extended to accommodate carbon and HEPA filter insert.

This modification replaces the carbon filter element supplied with the original Voron 2.4 with a canister that contains a section for activated carbon pellets and a mount for a Roomba series 8xx/9xx HEPA Filter.  The original Carbon filter was very porous and allowed noticeable ABS odors to escape outside the chamber.  The original design provided little filtering of the Ultra Fine Particles commonly produced during 3D printing.  No modifications were required to the original housing. 

Note: Some filter manufacturers add a tab to the side of the filter.  Remove tab to allow the filter to seat fully.
