This is a chair lift for a marble run

This model is not easy to print or assemble, it needs some adjustments and rework, like sanding the shaft or the hole of the big wheels or thread cutting etc.

The tolerances fit to my printer, so you have to test if it works for your printer.

If the chairs are empty (without the marble), it will dangle some degrees to the “inside”.

(There is a Screw M3x7mm as a counterweight but it’s not enough)

On the wheel of the upper station is put the rubber, so the rope wouldn’t slip.

The end of the rope is stitched together.

The tension of the rope could be adjusted by putting the pole in the middle a little bit higher.

The big washers adjust a little bit the position and tolerances of the wheel at the valley station, so the chair could pick up the marble more easily.

The small washer could be put between the guide and the roll mounting. If the rope runs on the rolls to much at the outer side, the double rolls could put more to the outside.

Update 30.11.2023:

Some parts, like the upper wheel, the shaft or tho “guide screws”, have “support elements” integrated.

Uploaded these parts without those support elements, so you can choose.
