Changes that were made are:
2. more meat on the bl touch mount for an insert to hold the probe.
3. better positioning for the holes for the side fan. I moved it forwards by 2mm to create more meat for the rear screws. This means the hole is also moved forwards.
4. thicker and larger base plate for the side fan so the inserts are properly inside the plastic base.
I included the stl file and the step file, so those who like to tinker with cad can do so.
If you plan to use this file, please print in ABS or in ASA, since most other plastics will deform when subjected to the heat from the bed and the hotend. I even do not like PETG for this, but that is personal.
For all the other parts please refer to the original.
ADDITIONAL INFO:
As Injo told me, the inserts for the BL touch should be entered from below!
Also the mount has been modified to also take an 8mm probe instead of the BL touch.
Since there are different types of these inserts, it is always wise to measure them and see if you want to drill the holes slightly larger so the insert gets located before you apply the heat to push them in. Obviously the hole should only just be large enough for the shoulder of the insert to go in, not the knurled parts.
And it still does not fit the Ender :-)
