This is my first attempt at designing a case for my pine64 ROCKPro64 with space for one SSD (possibly a second SSD in the future) and a 40mm fan.
The ROCKPro64 board can be screwed in place inside the case with 4 x M3x4mm screws and there is enough height for a PCI-E to SATA3 extension card (mine has 2x port).
I created a L shaped wall to hold the SSD in place which also can help manage cables inside the case. I've included some spacer to slightly elevate the SSD giving clearance to the cable connectors.
On the back side of the case, I made a grid and holes for a 40mm fan (based on noctua NF-A4x10) with 32mm distance between the screw holes (M3 size)
Finally, I designed a lid to close the case with a hole grid over the ROCKPro64 board since mine has the 10mm Low Profile Heatsink with Fan. To hold the lid in place, it can be screwed in at one corner with a M3 x 8mm screw.
Printing settings I used:
Printer: Ender3 Pro
Filament: Eryone PETG
Layer height: 0.2mm
Infill: 30%
Supports: yes
