Stargate D20

This is an STL of a D20 I made some years ago as a love letter to my favorite sci-fi series. I replaced the 20 with the ‘Earth’ or ‘Point-of-origin’ symbol featured in the series. 

This print is best with the Home symbol at the top of the die. Use the lay flat feature in your slicer to orient it correctly. 

I recommend printing this at .1mm resolution for better detailing. 20% infill with two shells results in a die that is relatively well balanced. It also turns out better when soaked in IPA or Acetone for a smoother finish. 

Some black nail polish works well to fill in the numbers (assuming you print a white die). Using acetone to clean up the nail polish will also smooth out the print at the end.
