CuTop TicWatch Stand

Modified the base of Ron's TicWatch Pro 3 stand to incorporate it into the CuTop base and modular system.

Had some trouble printing the head with the supports.  It needs supports to print, but I keep getting supports inside of the holes where the head mounts to the tower.  I was able to cut them out, but it wasn't pretty.  Still mounted tightly to the tower.  I need to tweak it some to work out the best orientation to print.
