Decora Plate with Shelf

Needed a mount to hold my tiny speakers.  There are lots of them that let you put things above the outlet/switch, whatever.  But I wanted one that would block the ugly banana jacks.  So I made one.  I used a Decora plate from somewhere, cannot recall where.  So I'm calling this a remix.
