Easy printable even on hobby 3D printer, simple to mount, universal for almost every bike basket with standard diameter. That's a bidon for necessary tools for your. Combine different heights with different caps and colours.

🆕 Modular Cap extender to enlarge the bidon volume according to free space between your bike frame. Flexible material (TPU, TPE) is a big plus here again.

Print instructions

Use quality materials for long-term outdoor use. ASA for rigid parts, TPU 98A or 95A for flexible ones etc. Some experience with flexible materials is usefull here. Bidon body is better made from TPU (maybe Nylon or TPE will work too) as it is more practical during mounting.

Tip: Watch out to not push flexible caps from sides while tightening as it should be tighten with as low force as possible. Why? You will see. TPU on TPU is like rubber on rubber. ;)

All parts can be printed without supports, only outter wire insert should have supports. These two wire inserts are mentioned only for flexible materials as you need to open them. (See the video.)

Resolution: 0.2mm is good enough
