Description

PDF

Printed in pla, 100% infill.
No support needed.
I added source files in step and f3d format if your pipe have very different dimensions.

Bearing should sit tight in “bearinghousing” (I pressed mine with woodworking clamps and piece of flat wood).
If “steelpipeshim” fits to loose inside bearing use piece of wrap piece of electrician tape on printed part or if you feel fancy play with scale in slicer or in source file.
“Wedge” needs to be drilled out after print.  Press m5 nut in recess.
Assemble everything loosly, then put it inside pipe and then tighten m5 bolt.

For ¾" steel pipe variant print:

  • 2x bearinghousing
  • 2x steelpipeshim
  • 2x wedge

For wood dowel variant print:

  • 2x bearinghousing
  • 2x washerforwood

Not printed parts:

  • 4mm or 5mm rope
  • ¾" steel pipe or 30mm wood dowel
  • 2x  M5 50mm bolt + washer + nut (for steel pipe variant)
  • 2x wood screw (for wood dowel variant)
  • 2x 6806 ZZ 30x42x7 ball bearing
