These are for helping align a smaller 220x220 build plate for a Anycubic Mega S. The default build plate is 240x220 (build area is 210x210 due to clips). I wanted to change the default glass for a PEI sheet, but it's very difficult to source one in that odd size. The few I found were 2-3x the cost. Instead I got a 220x220 one and used these to help align the magnetic sticker.

Original 3D model in Onshape. It has variables so it should be fairly easy to customize.

I couldn't find details from others who made this upgrade, so here's what I learned:

  • Overall, I really love the PEI sheet!
  • I washed it with soap to get prints to stick. I don't use glue.
  • The 220x220 does show the frame a bit below in spite enlarging the printable area. I knew this in advance. That said, I will probably try a 235x235 PEI sheet in the future.
  • I did not have to adjust home or anything; changing the size within Prusa Slicer prints on the entirety of the sheet as expected.
