My filament would chatter when it rubbed against the sharp edge of the standard filament channel included with the filament holder for the "Original Prusa i3 MK3 ENCLOSURE -Ikea Lack table - Prusa Research". I designed this slightly oversized 'donut-topped' filament channel to eliminate any sharp edges catching the filament and provide more room for the filament to flex under maximum deflection when the extruder goes to the extremes of the X-axis. I printed it in a slicker material (IC3D Black ABS) than I did my first one (ProtoPasta CF-PLA) and that seemed to make a good bit of difference as well.

Post-Printing

I hit the donut top with some sand paper to smooth it out a bit more, then i dabbed some acetone on a paper towel and scrubbed the surface of the donut to remove the sanding marks.
