Skirts for Plexiglass in Lack Prusa Enclosure

Update 2: So far I have installed skirts around the top of the 3 solid plexiglass sides, as well as from the bottom half way up all the legs. It seems to make a significant difference in the enclosure air temperature for PLA prints (with the doors closed, just to see what happens, increased 32C sustained to 36C sustained) so I look forward to trying with ABS where I have more familiarity with the air temperature's behavior during prints, as well as an actual desire to increase the ambient air temperature! I have the skirts for the bottoms printed out but i'm not sure it's going to work out having the whole top lift away from the lower skirts with minimal clearance while maintaining a quick and easy reassembly of the enclosure. I will consider redesigning skirts specifically for the lower interface of the plexiglass sheets. Custom enclosure-door skirts will follow when the larger sheets are enclosed.

Update 1: Increased length of skirts by 2.5mm each to account for small gap in latest model. Screws tightened everything up nicely over the previous version!

Skirts with screw holes intended to improve draft protection and eliminate rattling plexiglass. I dont expect a major increase in the airspace temperature from this modification - likely 5C or less. I do expect a quieter enclosure, and some slightly improved aesthetics.

I am going to finish these skirts out with some custom doorknobs that incorporate the skirt and handle into a single piece. More to come.

I printed as fast as possible with a 0.6mm nozzle using 0.45mm layers and no supports. The 'One_Set' file does not need supports to print properly.
