These are general purpose customizable wedges.
When you open the file in OpenSCAD you can change:
- Dimensions:
- The length and width of the wedge.
- The angle of the wedge (Including 0 degrees for no wedge.)
- The height of the base block. (Including 0 height for no base block.)
- Holes:
- The number and diameter of the holes.
- Whether the holes are perpendicular to the slope or perpendicular to the base.
- The distance from the left edge to the first hole.
- The distance between succeeding holes.
- Whether the holes have counterbores at each end.
- The depth and diameter of the counterbores.
- The counterbores can be round. Or they can be hex or square shaped to serve as nut traps.
- Print Orientation:
- You can choose the orientation of the output file:
- printing with the base down (resulting in a stairstep for each layer across the slope face)
- or printing with the slope down (resulting in a smooth slope face).
- If you are new to using OpenSCAD Customizer, I have posted a brief guide. http://bit.ly/openscad-at-home
