Radius gauge 1-10mm

Radius gauge for measuring inner and outer fillets from different parts.

Assembly:

For Metric:

• 2x M4x25 Countersunk screw
• 2x M4 nut (Nyloc preferred)

For Imperial :

• 2x  #6 - 1" Machine screw 
• 2x #6 Nut (Nyloc preferred)
• NOTE: I haven't test these personally, so if someone will print the imperial models let me know, if any adjustments is needed. 

Lazy way:

• Key ring or string to hold everything together

Printing:

• 0,2mm first layer
  • Rest 0,15mm
• Use brim for the smallest, if the tip does not stick properly. Bigger one should be fine
• If you are planning to use hang plate in the tool remember to print 2 of them to assembly to work correctly
