Lamp covers for the Philips Meander outdoor lamps. The original covers are not UV resistant and become brittle after only a few years. Philips doesn't sell those separately, which renders the lamps useless once the cover brakes.
Using SUNLU PETG transparent the light yield is roughly twice as high as with the standard cover. SUNLU PETG white will give roughly the same light yield as the original covers and resemble the original color. I tried natural and white ASA for its UV resistance but both reduce the light yield too much.
There is one step file each for the wall and way lamp covers. Print the covers with the upper chamfer on the build plate. Supports are only required for one of the lips. 3mf files for Bambu studio are provided to show the print position and supports. To ensure a good quality print, don't use nor arachne mode neither variable layer height.
I used a structured PEI plate, which creates a very nice surface for the upper chamfer.
