This is a replacement for a shower door guide that I made for a friend.  The original guide had needed removal to repair the doors.  Unfortunately, it was damaged during the removal process.  I took many careful measurements and came up with this design.  You can print it without supports if you print it on its end so that it is standing up tall on the print bed.  Printing in that orientation will also result in the layer orientation being in the optimum orientation for maximum part strength when installed.  I used PETG because it can handle being wet but any filament that can remain strong in a wet environment should work.  The nozzle temp I used is in the higher end of the recommended temp range for PETG because I was attempting to increase the layer adhesion.  I used a 0.4mm nozzle.

I've included pictures of the installed part in the shower.  The guide has been there for about a year now.  As you can see, besides the grunge and marks that anything gets on it from being in a shower, it's held up well and stayed in place.  I don't remember what I used to glue it in place.  I went to a hardware store, explained what I needed to do, and they pointed me to the correct product.

Dimensions: 102.9mm x 46.6mm x  20.8mm.  The thick guide is 15mm tall and 7.36mm wide.  The thin guide 14mm tall and 2.62mm wide.  The smallest guide is 1.4mm tall and 1.1mm wide.  The smallest guide goes inside of a ledge on the aluminum frame so you shouldn't see it when the installation is complete.  The space between the guides is at least 17mm.  I've included a drawing with dimensions to help.
