I found it cheaper and easier to buy imperial screws and nuts for working on 3D printing projects, since I could get them the same day for ~$1 for 10 bolts and nuts, rather than $1 for 2 screws. I bought the #4-40 x 3/8 in. screws from Home Depot.

Any nut thinner than .088 in (2.4mm) should work.

Make sure the your printer is well tuned, and doesn't have a big elephant's foot. If so, I would print on a raft.

There is also the CAD file if you need to edit it.

After printing put the nut into the hole.

I printed at 60 mm/s, although the design I remixed this from did say that printing at 15-25 mm/s can help with the print.
