Use craft concrete or mix it by your own.
Glue the mold together with tape. Coat the inner of the mold with oil (sunflower oil for example, just something cheap you already have in your kitchen) before you mix in the concrete. Place the model upside down on a flat surface.
Shake the model a little before it hardens to allow air bubbles to escape. It is best to print the inner mold with the hollow side down. Best to print with support (as much as you think you need). The support does not have to be removed afterwards.
Print 2x S_NEG_außen, 1x S_NEG_innen
It is possible to reuse the mold. If you cant sepperate it from your cast, just destroy the inner one. Commonly its flexible enough to just remove it by torque.
