Enclosure NOIR Camera Mount

Update: Included thicker, more robust bracket to snap on to metal pole. My first design broke one of the clamps so I thickened it to provide a more secure snap on to the metal pole.

Here's a camera mount for printer monitoring (Octopi) meant to hold Raspberry Pi NOIR camera.  Since the cameras aren't all the same size (shown is Amzn ASIN B07R4JH2ZV), it uses backplate and 3 mm zipties.  Has minimal contact with IR emitters to keep them cool, but to also covers them to insulate them from shorting to enclosure.

Hardware required:

    20mm long by 6mm screw and nut for vertical pivot, optional washers.

    8mm long by 2mm screws (x4) to mount pole bracket to standoff bracket, but could also use glue.  Broken apart for easier printing.

Supports: 

May help to print standoff (triangular) bracket overhang, to prevent a warping collision with nozzle.

Material:

Printed in PETG.   To avoid warping in heated chamber, should avoid printing in PLA.

Enclosure Interface:

Utilizes 15mm tubing support structure used in Creality 3d print enclosures.  Allows for approximately 20 degrees pivot horizontally in corner position.  Pole bracket should snap in place and hold with friction fit, but also has notches for additional ziptie support if required.
