I printed my model in TPU so that it wouldn't slide around, but I suppose it could be printed in anything- you might want to put some rubber feet on it or get some of that carpet stuff that keeps it from sliding. I find that my TPU settings work perfectly with Hatchbox, your milage may vary. This tray takes up most of the build plate and I find it extremely useful for small projects. I printed mine on a textured sheet and it popped right off, however if you are going to use the smooth PEI sheet you should add some glue. While the sheet is still cool, I take a clean paper towel and wet it with 90+ IPA, then rub the glue on it for about 5 seconds. I then add more IPA and cover the entire plate the the glue/IPA concoction. I find a perfect print with stringing with the settings below. I also printed with 100% infill so it would be tough. The key to printing with TPU is SLOW- so I set the max speed at 20%, so it IS almost a 22 hour print. If you want to tweak the speed, you're welcome to- but slow is the way to go with TPU.
