The design is easy to print, makes an easy fit to Geeetech MK8 metal bracket, a 50mm radial fan should slip right on (given output hole being ~ 17.5 x 13 mm), just like XDr4g0nX's version it's just a slip on fit.

It also holds a 12mm wide sensor for bed sensing.

Sensor offset from center of shroud is X = 40 mm and Y = 22.5 mm, but since your hot end might not be exactly in the center just use them as guidelines and measure your parts.

The mount is a very tight fit to make sure it sits still, you might need to widen holes a few microns with a screwdriver or similar.

Notes:

Supports set to >75%, the part is fairly easy to print and shouldn't give anyone problems.

Mine is printed at 0.16 layer height (8mm pitch lead rods), the underextrution was due to me forgetting to set retraction settings to ABS levels in cura :( but still a good print, the "kapton" tape is temporary just extra protection from my fan jumping off due to air flow and vibrations.
