This fan is assembled from 4 printed components + 1 x 120 mm usb computer cooling fan with 105mm hole spacing.

The motor is held in place by 4 x M5 10mm button head cap screws (McMaster part 92095A208) which self tap into the motor mounting holes. These holes had to be eased slightly by hand to allow the screws to enter the plastic.

These screws sandwich the filter exhaust (main body with louvered outlet) between the fan and filter cassette - lower.

The filter material is improvised using scotchbrite and a couple of layers of kitchen towel cut to size. These are placed into the filter cassette - lower and the cassette upper drops into place over it. The filter intake grill then fits over the filter cassette assembly locating into the elongated holes in the filter exhaust body. A slight clockwise twist locks it in place.

I've included the 3mf files for my Creality CR10S to show the print orientation, supports and print modifier incorporated into the filter intake grill to create the mesh which is basically 10% rectangular infill with zero top and bottom layers. This of course can be customised as desired.
