ESP32 Featherwing DIN Adapter

I didn't use any of the original model for my design, though I did reference it to apply the same shape as it's a good logical approach, so hat's off to the OG!  I did make a couple of changes.  I wasn't a fan of the boss/pins for one end of the board as the feature would be rather small and might be subject to breaking easily.
