CR-200b printhead with Orbiter V1.5 and Bl Touch

since i got a lot of requests to make an adapter for the orbiter v1.5, here is the version

A Dragonfly BMS, Bl Touch and an Orbiter 1.5 are installed on the original CR-200B print head. To mount the Orbiter 1.5 I designed an adapter that is attached to the print head with 2x M3 screws (DIN 912). Threaded inserts M2 and M3 are used for mounting.

Due to the size of the radial fan (4010), the printable area is limited to X by 10mm and Y by 3mm. For this it is also necessary to move the X limit switch by 13mm.
