Voron V0 Chamber Thermistor Holder

I updated my V0.1 to the new V0.2 bottom Z endstop and had an unsightly hole in my back panel where the switch used to pass through. I decided to remix samwiseg0's NTC100K thermistor mount to fit in that space and cover the hole while providing a benefit.

There is one with the same dimensions as the original and then one that has a smaller diameter for the thermistor for a tighter fit.
