I have modified the Voron design to allow the assembly of the stealthburner on the CR-10 Smart 3D printer with Microswiss fullmetal hotend and LGXLite extruder.

I also modified Eytecz design for LGX lite and Embrace making support for the same LGX Lite.

All parts printed 0.2 layer, 15% infill, 3 perimeters with supports on the building plate.

Printed in PETG.

Mechanical parts needed :

  • M3 x 16 screw - 1 pc - for the cable cover
  • M3x16 screw - 2 pcs - for front body
  • M3 x 6 screw - 2 pcs - for the 5015 fan
  • M3x6 screw - 2 pcs - for hotend back plate
  • M3 x 50 screw - 2 pcs - for the main body
  • M3x25 screw - 2 pcs - also for the main body
  • 5015 fan - 1 pc
  • m3 inserts - 6 pcs - 2 for front body, 2 for lgx lite suport and 2 for hotend back plate

Soldering will be needed for the wires of the 4010 and 5015 fans or other connection method.

Heating cartridge and thermystor were moved from left to right in the heatblock to accomodate with the new cable routing setup. I have put new ones. Make sure the cable length is enough.

I also recommend to check Voron stealthburner manual of assembly for details how to fix the fans, cables, etc.

For the Cr-10 Smart there are two clips in front holding the glass bed.

In my start up Gcode the prime line is made on the x axis resulting in colision between stealthburner and left clip. So i modified the clips, you can find the 3mf for them in the file list.

I printed the clips in PETG but I think is better in ABS if you have the possibility.

Hope I didn't forget anything :D Enjoy!
