Print at 0.15mm layer height or smaller. Make sure you are not everextruding, and verify the bearings easitly spin after instilation.
This BCAR likes some darts over others. I have had luck with Worker Gen 3 Glow Darts at around 140-160FPS. I noticed around 5-6FPS drop using this BCAR.
