These brackets are for new single-core cables that are rolled up in a carton. With these brackets, empty Prusment rolls can easily be converted into cable reels and no expensive finished product is necessary. The holders can be fixed on the wall or on a mobile trolley. The rolls are centered and supported, so that the cables can be unrolled quickly.
For a bracket you need:
1x wall mount
1x axis
1x screw
2x nuts
2x 608 ZZ bearings
1X middle part
1x empty Prusament roll
The holder is designed for standard single-core cables up to 4 ^ 2mm.
Assembly:
Disassemble the Empty Prusament Roll into its individual parts. (You can put the cardboard roll away as it is not needed)
Put the middle part on half of the Prusament roll until it is firmly seated.
Put the already rolled up cable on the Prusament roll with the middle part.
Close the roll with the second half of the Prusment roll.
Screw a nut onto the screw until it is in line.
Put the Prusament roll with the cable on the screws and fix it with the second nut.
Insert two bearings in the recesses of the screw
Put the axle through one bearing until it is through the other bearing.
Put the whole roll with the axle on the holder.
Finished!
Now you can unroll the cable easily

This bucket holder costs little compared to ready-made solutions and you can use old filament rolls and do not have to discard them.
A comparable stand costs between € 4,000 and € 6,000 for 40 rolls. The self-made stand with the entire printing material and the frame does not even cost 500 € for 80 rolls.
So it is a very inexpensive solution that also looks great.
The screw is based on the "Universal Auto-Rewind Spool Holder (MM)"
