I designed this tray to hold my collection of hole punches that live in a wood block I made for them before I had a 3D printer. Now they have a place on my pegboard. It is based on the design I did here https://www.printables.com/model/373179-pegboard-tray-for-hex-bit-holder-updated
The inside dimensions are about 97.6 mm by 59.9 mm.
It is sized to fit on a 1/4 inch pegboard with 1 inch on center spacing.
I would print this with either 3 wall line count and any infill you want or if you print at 2 wall line count then I would use at least 20% infill.
I used 3D-Fuel Pro PLA for this print. It is really strong and easy to print and it can be annealed to get more strength and temperature resistance. It is my go to filament for functional prints.
I included the Fusion 360 file and Step file for ease of remixing.
