This is a detailed model of the Ferrari Daytona engine, driveshaft and transaxle. It should fit into any 1-124th scale Daytona model, other than the “Miami Vice” fake Daytona because it is based on a Corvette. It also makes a very nice standalone model; I have one in my display case next to the Daytona model I built that has one installed so that the details can be seen.
I printed this using a 0.2mm nozzle and got great detail, especially on the Ferrari logo on the cam covers. This could easily be printed in another scale with your slicing program. All STL files are included. See pictures of an actual Daytona engine compartment for other details beyond the graphic provided. Many are available on the internet.
I added a lot of fine detail so this would probably print well in a larger scale if you desire. There are some printable engine stands that would work well with this; I designed one as well and may upload it in the future.
