You will need to print 1 of both upper parts, and 2 of the sides. In addition to the printed parts, you will need 4 M3x6 bolts, 2 M3x12 bolts, and 6 M3 heat inserts to hold it all together.
To assemble, remove the original side covers from the power supply and replace them with the printed sides using the original hardware. Attach one of the upper brackets with 2 M3x6 bolts, put it into place on the square tubing, then attach the other upper bracket with the remaining 2 M3x6 bolts. Once everything is in place, tighten the clamp around the square tubing with 2 M3x12 bolts.
This design will likely work or be easily remixed to work on similar guitar pedal power supplies.
