Scotch Tape Dispenser upgrade w/ metal cutter

This remix only works with a scotch tape dispenser blade with 4 holes in the metal-- the outer two holes being 48mm apart. 

You will need 2 >5mm long M2 screws to retain the metal blade. You will need to cut some more plastic off the new body after printing to make the blade fit, if it doesn't

to print, orient with flat facing down and add supports for the upper tongue.

remove the metal blade from the original scotch tape dispenser by cutting the plastic retaining bits off of the body and yoinking it off.
