This model came to be when I needed to charge a lithium battery without a connector, while connecting the cables to the charger with alligator clips was not a problem, I didn't want the exposed cables to short.

Due to this I decided to make a hinged case that goes around the exposed section of cable as well as the alligator clips, separating the positive and negative Connections from each other as well as from everything else.

The design is fully print in place, sadly I have not yet figured out a way to make it possible to print without supports as any other print direction would make the clip way weaker and possibly unusable.

-(if you have any doubts about how to place the supports take a look at the gcode file)-

I have also included a separated version of the design were both parts will import as separated meches.

As mentioned above there is a gcode file included for the Prusa I3 MK3, for everyone else, here are the print parameters I printed the clamp in the images in as well as some recommendations:

-0.2mm layer hight.

-PLA at 220 C.

-Supports.(look at gcode file if you are uncertain about where to place supports)

-You should probably use a brim depending on your bed adhesion.
