OFS3D - Fewer bottom holes, bigger magnets, extra small weight

This is just the bottom and the side panel attachment parts modified for two things:

1) the bottom panel only has 2 holes now, I'm getting them up as Start and Select (or Start and Coin)

2) the holes for the magnets have been altered to be 15.5mm (instead of 13.5mm) in height to fit the more common sized magnets I've found, versus the original design's 13x5x3mm sized magnet requirement.

These have not been printed yet as I can't fit the top or bottom panels on my printer, so use as your own discretion.

Thanks to Lucipher for the 220mm version!  Added a 220mm version of the bottom with 2 holes.

Update 20230203:

Added an extra small weight size that'll fit inside the Standard size panel but leave enough room for a Sanwa stick's cable harness.
